Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Savenno (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Savenno.

Savenno is a personal health tracking application that includes:

• Savenno Track: logging of blood sugar (mg/dL or mmol/L), blood pressure, weight, and medications.
• AI & Insights: charts, trends, metabolic zone indicators, and AI-generated summaries.
• Reports: health summary PDF reports and emailing reports to providers you choose.
• Appointments and Emergency Contacts Hub: appointment reminders and masked emergency contact storage.
• Medication reminders and CSV data import.

Savenno is a personal health tracking tool designed solely for informational and self-monitoring purposes. Savenno is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Metabolic zones, trends, and AI-generated insights may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied on for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider regarding any health condition or medical decision, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of information in the Service. In a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Savenno has not been evaluated or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Free Trial: a 7-day free trial with full access begins when you log your first reading. No credit card is required.
• Plans: Monthly at $4.99 USD/month or Annual at $39.99 USD/year, plus applicable taxes.
• Automatic Renewal: paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• Merchant of Record: payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.
• Cancellation: cancel anytime from the Account & Billing page via "Manage Subscription." Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (7 days for monthly, 14 days for annual).
• Price Changes: we will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, effective at your next renewal.
• After a trial or subscription ends, you can still view your existing data; logging new readings and premium features require an active plan.

You agree not to: use the Service for anything other than personal health tracking; access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data; reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service; upload malicious code; send reports to recipients without a legitimate purpose; or use the Service in violation of any law.

You own the health data you enter. You grant Savenno a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data or request deletion at any time.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and the Savenno name, is owned by Savenno and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Reminders and emails may be delayed or fail to deliver and should not be relied on as your sole reminder for medication or appointments. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savenno and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any health outcome or decision made based on information in the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50 USD. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savenno and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 3, 7, 10–15) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, including the Federal Arbitration Act, and the laws of the applicable U.S. state, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. If unresolved, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Savenno waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Savenno.
