Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Monthly Plan: $4.99 USD per month, billed monthly.
• Annual Plan: $39.99 USD per year (about $3.33/month), billed annually.

Both plans include full access to premium features, including unlimited health readings, AI-powered insights, health summary PDF reports, and report emails. Prices exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing, taxes, and refunds. Charges will appear on your statement from Lemon Squeezy.

New users receive a 7-day free trial that begins when they log their first health reading. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account remains active with limited access and your data is not deleted.

You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fees. To cancel:

1. Sign in to Savenno and open the Account & Billing page (/account).
2. Click "Manage Subscription" to open the secure Lemon Squeezy billing portal.
3. Select "Cancel subscription" and confirm.

You may also email [email protected] and we will cancel for you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep premium access until then and will not be charged again.

Monthly Subscriptions — You may request a full refund within 7 days of your most recent monthly charge. Requests after 7 days are not eligible.

Annual Subscriptions — You may request a full refund within 14 days of your annual charge. After 14 days, a prorated refund for unused full months may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests made outside the eligible windows above.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
• Users who have already received a prior refund for Savenno.

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund rights you may have under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws.

Email [email protected] with your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request. You may also request a refund directly from Lemon Squeezy using the link in your receipt email. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

• Your readings, medications, appointments, and contacts are retained and remain viewable with free-tier limitations.
• You can re-subscribe at any time to restore full access.
• To permanently delete your data, email [email protected].

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and will not apply retroactively to charges made before the change.
